This job description describes core job duties of general ledger accountant occupation.

Main Job Roles / Career Tasks:

1) Process transactional accounting activities including journal entries monthly reports.

2) Reconcile all assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

3) Should have knowledge of working in multiple currencies.

4) Responsible for preparing auditing analyzing reporting financial data as required.

5) Prepare pbc/sec schedules during quarter end year end.

6) Ensuring compliance with all sarbanes oxley requirements leading any approved changes.

7) Develop thorough working knowledge of group operations; collect analyze data to reflect the group operations are accurately reported in the company financial statements.

8) Assist organization controller with special projects other corporate financial requirements.

9) Provides detailed and reliable information to internal external auditors as needed.

10) Completing other tasks as may be assigned.
