CAREER TASKS - DUTIES, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This job description (JD) describes the core job duties of key account manager occupation:

MAIN JOB ROLES (CAREER TASKS):

1) Establish a network of accounts prospects develop partnership agreements.

2) Assist in developing and mentoring the existing sales resources in sales follow up, sales calls, closing techniques general sales presentation skills.

3) Develop, collect & report the account activity reports and keep detailed account files showing history status.

4) Join organizations related to assigned industry, conduct business research on trends and activities of the large participants regularly report on a quarterly basis.

5) Collect interpret business review activities in assigned field of industrial specialization from regional/national accounts.

6) Prepare roi presentations the follow up.

7) Submit personal sales report includes a forecast of sales and orders, sales quotation levels, key orders, quotes lost orders.

8) Participate in sales management meetings to review status of the business.

9) Participate in annual strategic business development issues.

10) Generate the personal sales required to meet personal budget by account.

11) Oversee the resolution of all customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer.

12) Develop in conjunction with senior management a variety of national partnership agreements.

13) Develop proposals for high level services, site agreements, and equipment contracts.

14) Participate with operations to make sure execution of all agreements.

15) Participate in the renewal of account contracts.

16) Provide market competitive information periodically.
