Job Duties and Responsibilities - are to:

1) Audit employee time attendance that has been posted on assigned time sheet

2) Assign work schedules for all employees assigned

3) Input time attendance data into the related system for proper generation of payroll; warrants of assigned employees, includes calculation of SDI and additionally Workers Compensation

4) Assist managers, supervisors, and also employees with new as well as existing payroll policies procedures

6) Provide support as well as information to employees, timekeepers managers with their payroll inquiries

7) Process retroactive adjustments for grievance settlements, acting assignments, supervisory differentials, and also other related payroll retroactive payment/overpayment

8) Process adjustments for sick vacation hours of assigned employees
