Job Duties and Responsibilities - are to:

1) Analyze financial information obtained from clients to define strategies for meeting clients financial objectives

2) Implement financial planning recommendations or refer clients to someone who can assist them with plan implementation

3) Prepare or interpret for clients information like investment performance reports, financial document summaries, or income projections

4) Guide clients in the gathering of information, like bank account records, income tax returns, life disability insurance records, pension plans, or wills

5) Contact clients periodically to define any changes in their financial status

6) Meet with clients other advisors, like attorneys, accountants, trust officers, or investment bankers, to fully understand clients financial goals circumstances

7) Devise debt liquidation plans that include payoff priorities timelines

8) Open accounts for clients disburse funds from accounts to creditors as agent for clients

9) Conduct seminars or workshops on financial planning topics, like retirement planning, estate planning, or the evaluation of severance packages

10) Inform clients about tax benefits, government rebates, or other financial benefits of alternative fuel vehicle purchases or energy efficient home construction, improvements, or remodeling

11) Recommend environmentally responsible investments, like cleantech, alternative energy, or conservation technologies, companies, or funds

13) Review clients accounts plans regularly to define whether life changes, economic changes, environmental concerns, or financial performance indicate a need for plan reassessment

14) Manage client portfolios, keeping client plans up-to-date
