Schedule, develop, organize; implement and advertise afanci events and assist with local, regional and national events, develop and maintain a database of local, regional and national contacts; Attend out of town events to promote afnci sponsored events and learn how to adapt the event to our association; assist in the development and administration of the special events budget; set time line for specific details of events and meet deadlines; develop and implement fundraising programs for special events; Execute written communications and interact with a variety of individuals and departments to coordinate special programs events activities; prepare budgets and monitor all expenses associated with assigned events and programs; determine the goals financial promotional and deadline for each event; research or brainstorm options for the benefit of our association; determine all of the requirements for the fundraiser materials needed, volunteers etc; set up a checklist to ensure everything is done,and on time, select volunteers to help with the event; and schedule regular meetings with them for updates information, report on final results.
