For 3 years I Worked As Administrative Manager, My Responsibilities were to:

    Oversee all administrative functions within the organization

    Responsible for customer service, inventory control processes, branch level HR functions, A/R, A/P month-end reporting

    Participate as active member of the organization leadership team, assisting with the creation & implementation of strategic tactical objectives as necessary for the organization to reach goals

    Function as organization HR representative, working closely with Corporate HR staff to make sure proper processing of all employment and payroll related activities and implementation and communication of HR policies procedures

    Maintain office supplies

    Oversee order process to make sure customer orders are accurately entered into the system processed in a timely manner

    Facilitate communication of customer needs between Administrative personnel, Trucking, Production other Sales facilities

    Authorize expenses

    Support Sales staff by maintaining customer records, pricing records, sales data promotional material inventories

    Identify opportunities to improve expense control, sales, productivity product quality

    Make recommendations to Production Manager

    Research customer complaints related to all aspects of service including order accuracy, material quality, damages, late or incomplete delivery

    Coordinate claims process between customers, Sales, Purchasing and vendors with relation to warranties product failure

    Conduct daily review of open orders, invoicing, margin reports stock status to verify accurate, timely processing of customer orders
